How to use Squat machine

How to use Squat machine
Main Workout: Quadriceps
Instructions:
1. Rest the back of the torso on the back pad of the machine, keep the legs open to maintain a moderate shoulder-width distance, and release the safety bar.
2. Begin to lower the unit slowly, bend your knees, and keep a straight posture. Continue to descend until the angle between the thigh and calf is slightly less than 90 degrees. Then slowly restore.
Precautions:
1. Keep your back on the pad at all times.
2. Don’t lift your butt up
3. Do not buckle your knees inwards, and keep your toes in the same direction as your knees
