Machine Slasher Squat Instructions
Load the machine with the required weight and place your shoulders and back on the mat.
With your feet shoulder-width apart, extend your legs and release the safety handles.
Slowly lower the weight by bending your knees until your thighs are at approximately 90 degrees.
Twist the movement by pushing the platform and extending your knees and hips.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
